• Alex has been in General Medical Practice for over 20 years and has had a special interest in sleep medicine since 1998. After extensive research and special training in sleep medicine in Australia, in March 2000 Alex established the successful Sleep Well Clinic in Christchurch and Auckland. In 2007 the Sleep Well Clinic also opened in Wellington. The clinic is Australasia's first primary practice sleep-disorders clinic and Alex heads a multidisciplinary group of doctors and allied health professionals who diagnose and treat insomnia, snoring & sleep apnoea, and parasomnias.
